Pre-anesthetic blood work is recommended for all pets undergoing surgery. The pre-anesthetic blood work enables the doctors to see how your pet's internal organs are functioning prior to being anesthetized. pre-anesthetic blood work is required for all pets over the age of seven depending on the procedure performed some pets will also be sent home with some medications. All pets undergoing surgery at Bryan Area Animal Hospital receive pain medication the day of surgery. You are also welcome to request some pain medication if you feel that your pet may require some additional pain meds. Our sugical services include:
